01 / Book a free discovery call
Before anything is booked, we start with a short chat. This gives us a chance to understand your goals, explain how everything works, and make sure we’re a good fit for your business. No pressure to commit.

02 / Book your ‘Design Day’ and secure your spot
Once you’re happy to move forward, you can choose a date that works for you. You’ll secure your spot with a £495 deposit. After that, we’ll send you everything you need to get ready.

03 / Tell us about your business
To design a website that feels right for your brand, we’ll ask you to complete a short form. It helps us understand your business and goals. You’ll need to send it back at least 10 days before your Design Day.

04 / Your website Design Day
This is your big day. We’ll design and build your site with full focus from start to finish. You’ll hear from us a few times throughout the day to check in and make sure you’re happy with how things are going. At the end of the day, your website will be ready.
Your website is designed and built using the powerful CMS tool Squarespace. We will create the foundations of content on your website using our custom GPT built with OpenAi for copywriting, and Unsplash for image sourcing. You can change all of these at your leisure after the Design Day. If you have images already, please share these during Step 03.

10:00 — Quick call to review the direction
13:00 — Progress update with a video walkthrough
16:00 — Final call to review and launch
